Tel Aviv’s master plan from the late 20's is based on the garden city movement. Today, many open areas remain deserted while a need arises for additional residential space. This project is an offer for dwelling units on open grounds between private residential buildings, an addition that ensure  preservation of the

"Geddes" master plan. The open areas are developed as an urban passage. Changing topography and various slopes were used to create small semi-underground spaces, a “Plus Unit” for residents.
