The Panorama area is the last site in southern Tel Aviv whose future is not defined in the municipality

plans. Today, the site is a microcosm

that does not integrate with its surroundings: unurban typologies

in the midst of closed homo-geneous neighborhoods. While challenging the familiar urban planning process, this project offers a wide range of heterogeneous spaces in different scales. Combined, those spaces create an

architectural urban field, allowing mixture, pluralism and freedom of choice– the foundations of the city.
